Whop Sports LLC is currently in the process of incorporation in Wyoming.

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain information:

Usage Data: API requests, endpoints accessed, request timestamps, rate limit usage, and feature usage patterns.

We do NOT send marketing emails. All communications are service-related.

Whop.com: Payment processing, subscription management, and OAuth authentication
Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure (USA-based)
Supabase: Database hosting (PostgreSQL)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

4.2 Legal Requirements

4.3 Business Transfers

After the retention period, we delete or anonymize your data. You may request early deletion by contacting us (see Section 10).

Encryption: Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Database connections use SSL.
Access Controls: Limited employee access on a need-to-know basis. API keys are hashed and salted.
Infrastructure Security: Hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant platforms (Vercel, Supabase).
Monitoring: Automated monitoring for security incidents and anomalous activity.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.

7.2 Correction

You may update your email address or other account information through your Whop account settings. For other corrections, contact us.

7.3 Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by canceling your subscription and emailing us. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of non-essential communications. However, we will still send transactional emails (e.g., billing, security alerts) necessary for the Service.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the US, you may contact your state Attorney General.
